All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be made before 12:00PM PST the day after the order is placed. Otherwise all sales are final.
If any damaged items are received, immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Keep all packaging. Email us these photos with any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned.
You can email your photos/info to email@example.com to initiate the return process.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (We will make an exception if the return is due to our error)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we can’t verify the receipt of your item with tracking info, we will not issue a refund.
