All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be made before 12:00PM PST the day after the order is placed. Otherwise all sales are final.
If any damaged items are received, immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Keep all packaging. Email us these photos with any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned.
You can email your photos/info to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process. We will work with the shipping service to pick the piece back up for insurance purposes. If you select a different item than we currently have available, turn around time should be within 7 – 10 business days. If a replacement or repair is required, the process may take anywhere from 10 – 45 business days, based on the scenario.
To exchange your damaged product, mail your product will all original contects to: 3725 Iron Gate Rd. Bellingham, WA 98226. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item to be exchanged.
